Fondue has some great benefits 1) The recipes are very simple 2) All the preparation is done in advance 3) You spend time together cooking and talking (If you’re a guy reading this, don’t roll you eyes. Shush! You can talk about the fondue) 4) Unless you over indulge, it’s the perfect bite size food to leave room for you New Years Nookie. . .

Other New Year's Ideas??

Blog FeedCouple’s Resolution Box

Don’t knock it until you try it! It’s how my husband got me to play golf and join a fantasy football league.

What is it?
A box of ideas to keep your romance alive throughout the year. Each partner thinks up six different ideas (total of 12) and places them in the box. Once a month, the alternating partner picks. Could be as simple as a movie night or something ongoing like fantasy football league.

How to put one together?

- Use any box/ covered jar you have in the house
- Cut up 12 small pieces of paper (it is easier if you have two different colors to distinguish who is doing the writing)
 - Each of you write six different things that you would like to do
- Once a month, the alternating partner picks an idea that he/she will do.

Try it! You might surprise yourself (and your loved one)
